Here are some great resources i used when i was customizing my Seagate Satellite.
Installing SSH and SFTP

i got SFTP installed by simply looking at the errors thrown by drop bear when trying to connection to it via SFTP and removing those errors one by one. i cannot remember how i did it now, but it basically included some SSL libraries and getting the sftp-server in the unit.
i’ll probably post another note when i have time to revisit how i did it.
